PT. Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia is a fast growing flour mills company, a joint venture from 3 giant companies in Asia and Global FKS (Indonesia) Toyota Tsuho (Japan) & Malayan Flour Mills (Malaysia), now we are looking for experienced talend to join our team as:

Position As :

Management Trainee

Overview :

Have an opportunity to be a leader and expertis in flour mill operation in the future, that still rare in Indonesia market The Management Trainee Program will be taking most of the 1.5 years program in our Factory, Cilegon.

The Program will consist of in-class technical training, soft skills & leadership training, on the job training and lead improvement project. Trainees will be facilitated and provided feedback by Coach and Mentor and have opportunity to be exposed to top leaders, as well as learning from expert in the company.

Requirement :

Graduated as Bachelor Degree or D4 Polytechnic in industrial Engineer/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Chemistry/Food Technology major, with minimum GPA 3
Have a strong leadership skills by having an experience as a leader in organization
Having other achievements aside from academic achievement
FLuent in spoken and written English
Willing to be located in Factory Medan
