Open Position: Packaged App Development Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Configures solution applications, process models, business rules, user interfaces, create marketing campaign functional requirements
• Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific solutions and/or frameworks
  
• Supports the customer through user testing and business readiness activities
• Work on application performance improvements
• Design and create well-documented, supportable, and extensible developments whilst maintaining the work of other consultants, partners and clients
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree graduate from Information Technology, Computer Science or other technology relevant major.
• Software development (Java, SQL)
• Knowledge of Agile development and delivery models
• Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc is an advantage
• Conversant in + other programming languages (e.g., Java, .net, React, Cloud concepts, MuleSoft, COSMOS DB) an advantage
• Based in Batam or willing to relocate to Nongsa, Batam.
• Good English communication skills.
